Our design team begins the consultation and servicing process by observing existing equipment to ensure that it is working properly. We believe this step is crucial to be the best stewards of the church’s finances. For example, a lot of times the existing sound systems just need to be tuned instead of being replaced or upgraded and the same goes for lighting and video gear. We can train your team how to use the equipment to its fullest potential and if anything does need upgrading, then we’ll be guiding you through that process as well.
During the equipment upgrade, we present different viable options to fit the church’s needs. When we find a good fit, then we will begin the process of design, installation, and training. At Active Audio Visual we include in-house training immediately after installation. This is the opportunity to gather the tech teams and set them up for success with the new equipment so your church can begin to thrive.
